Hey, I'm Em!
I know what it’s like to wake up and feel like your diagnosis has swallowed everything you used to be. I've lived with MS for nearly 20 years - and I also rebuilt a life that I lLove. And that feels like me again.
I created The Purpose Path™ to guide other women through that same identity transformation - not to get back to your old self, but to uncover the truest version of you, one that includes your illness without being defined by it.
As a health counsellor and chronic illness mentor, I help you move from:
