Hey, I'm Em!
I’m a neuro-nutrition practitioner, chronic illness mentor, and woman living with MS.
I know what it’s like to try everything - the diets, the rules, the supplements - and still feel exhausted, confused, and unsure if food is helping or hurting your body.
That’s why I created Neuro-Nutrition™: a calm, personalised approach to nutrition for women with MS that actually works in real life - including low-energy days, flare days, and everything in between.
This work isn’t about perfection.
